Layered Matcha & Mango Chia Pudding (recipe)

The overnight Chia pudding with redcurrant jam and mango is an absolute must! With this simple recipe, you will prepare a delicious and super healthy dessert that is also 100% VEGAN.

This delicious dish is chock full of healthy ingredients. Just take the chia seeds alone: they contain vitamins, minerals, fibre and healthy fats. The seeds are also a good source of plant proteins.

The fresh taste of the fruit ensure that this pudding will be very much to everyone's taste!

What you need (ingredients)

  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 4 fl oz. (120ml) oat milk
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. matcha tea
  • 8.6 oz. (245g) vegan mango yogurt
  • 4 tsp. Mixed Red Berry & Cherry Jam (see last weeks recipe)

How to make this shake (how to prepare it)

  • Combine the chia seeds, oat milk, maple syrup and matcha in a bowl or jar, mix well and place in the refrigerator to chill overnight.
  • When ready to serve, layer the chia matcha pudding with the mango yogurt and top with jam, from the (see last weeks recipe)
